Dental Hygiene Assessment
Review of medical and dental history, blood pressure check, assessment of gums, screening of teeth, and oral cancer screening.
Scaling/Root Planing
The removal of soft (plaque) and hard (calculus) deposits from the teeth both above and below the gum line. This may be done with hand scalers or with an ultrasonic scaler.
Polishing/Stain Removal
The removal of stain from the tooth's surface with polishing paste or a baking soda spray.
Fluoride Treatment
While fluoride isn't required or desired by everyone, there are circumstances where it can be beneficial. Painting on a localized fluoride varnish can reduce sensitivity and help prevent cavities in clients who are high risk for dental decay.

Pit & Fissure Sealants
Sealants protect deep pits and fissures from accumulating bacteria that can cause cavities by producing a barrier that is bio-compatible and BPA free.
